WHAT can be returned?

All items purchased from Tumbarumba Outfitters online can be easily returned via the post or to our store.

Excluded from returns and refunds is pierced jewellery, beauty products (if hygiene seal is broken), Hosiery, underwear, swimwear,

 

WHEN do items need to be returned by?

At Tumbarumba Outfitters you have within 28 days from delivery.

HOW do customers return items?

To return an item that you have purchased from Tumbarumba Outfitters Online via post:

Download, print and fill in the returns form HERE

Put the returns form with the items that you are returning into a suitable parcel or box

to post it at your nearest Australia Post outlet to

Tumbarumba Outfitters 29 The Parade; Tumbarumba NSW 2653.

If you've requested an exchange of a product that you’ve purchased online, we’ll do our best to fulfil your request, however please note that this is subject to stock availability.

 

SHIPPING for returns?

Customers pay for shipping we advise customers to pay for signature on delivery sticker ($2.95)

allowing item to be tracked.

 

CREDIT for returns?

Our store team member will assess the items and determine whether a refund or exchange will be offered in accordance with our Refund Policy. Refunds will be issued in the same form of tender, e.g. if you paid for your online order through PayPal, you are required to present the card associated with your PayPal account in store. If you paid for your online order through Zip or Afterpay, your return will be processed and the amount refunded to your Zip or Afterpay accounts.

Place the returns form with the items that you are returning into a suitable parcel or box

 

Instore return option?

Returns via store: you can return items that you have purchased online to our store for an exchange or refund, but you must present proof of purchase, ideally your tax invoice.

Do items need to be in original packaging for returns?

Items need to be in as new and a sell-able condition and have all original tagging and brand labels/stickers intact.
